Subprocessors

Pitch Scout uses the following providers to operate the Service. See the Privacy Policy for how personal data is used.

Service providers that may process personal data

• Clerk — authentication and account management
• Vercel — hosting, CDN, and server logs
• Neon — Postgres database (profiles, notes, usage, billing identifiers)
• PostHog — product analytics, only if you opt in to analytics cookies
• Stripe — payment processing if paid plans are enabled

Public baseball sources (not our processors for your account)

• MLB Stats API — teams, rosters, player search, game logs
• Baseball Savant / Statcast — on-demand pitch data and clip pages
• MLB static CDN — public logos and headshots

Those baseball sources receive technical request data when the Service fetches public stats or when you open a clip on their site. They are not hired by us to store your notes or password.
